Takam Mising Porin Kébang (TMPK)

Takam Mising Porin Kébang or TMPK is a prominent student organization of the Mising Tribe in Assam, India. It mainly focuses on the upliftment of Mising Nationality in respect of socio-economic development, Education, culture, tradition, language, literature, political issues, and rights of the Mising Nationality. This organisation was founded on 16th October 1971 at Jonai Higher Secondary School, Assam.

MISING AGOM KÉBANG (MAK)

MISING AGOM KÉBANG (MAK) is the highest body of the Mising Tribe, established on 18th April 1972. It is a non-political voluntary organization, dedicated to the cause of preservation and development of Mising literature & language, and has been registered as a ‘society’ under the SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT, 1860, Government of India (Registration No. 663 of 1978).

Mising Dírbí Kébang (MDK)

Mising Dírbí Kébang shortly known as MDK is a registered organisation under Societies Registration Act 1860, Govt. of Assam founded on 18th November 1980 at Kekuri village in Lakhimpur District. The apex body of its kind among the Misings the organisation is deeply associated with the preservation and development of the rich cultural tradition of the community.
